The screen that answered at once starts to wait. The change may have been an update, a larger volume of data, or the swap of a piece around the system: a plugin, an integration, the database, or the server.
The diagnosis reads what is live and returns the cause in writing, with what is worth fixing first. If the fix is agreed within 30 days, the diagnosis amount goes into the work. The same path applies to systems in PHP, Python, and C#, and to what already runs on IIS with .NET Core 10.0, WordPress, or Joomla.
With the defect already located, the bounded fix is R$ 2.600 and covers up to 8 hours. With the cause still open, or on a third-party system, the open investigation is R$ 280/hour, with a minimum of two hours.
